Just few minutes with closed eyes, facing the rising sun, inviting Light to enter within your mind and wash every dark spot within your body – is already healing. Any blockage of energy is freed and rejoining the flow of life energy as we illuminate from within with sunLight. The sun as the portal of Light, and our mind sees (with inner eyes) the Light penetrating our body from forehead to toe, and illuminating us from the inside. And our hearts feels the warmth and love of the healing sunLight. Befriending Light and giving her our attention just for 5 min every day, starts the process of healing. Once we feel Light we never go back to darkness and illusion, we know Light to be true.
